A ladies only, unique and fun four week program that tones and targets women's troublesome areas-- using your own body weight, bands, bosu and weights. A different workout everyday and measurements to keep you on track with your goals. Beginner to advanced classes.
Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45 pm of each month. Please note: no classes on Provincial Holidays.
Each class runs 55 mins in length. All equipment is provided. Please bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and a change of clean running shoes.
