Perseverance Fitness Family,
In these unprecedented times, it’s more important than ever for us to reach out, connect, and improve our health and well-being together—one workout at a time. We will be offering INDOOR and ONLINE TRAINING with unlimited class access for the month of April for you to do in the comfort of your own home.

Perseverance FiTNESS ONLINE TRAINING

Includes the following classes per week:

  • Bootcamp

  • 30 Minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

  • Abs & Butt

ONLINE TRAINING PACKAGE DETAILS:

  • 3 SCHEDULED PRE-RECORDED follow along workouts PER WEEK

  • UNLIMITED ACCESS TO PRE-RECORDED WORKOUT LIBRARY

  • ONLINE COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT

What To Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, pair of CLEAN/INDOOR running shoes to change into once you're in the studio, a sweat towel and a water bottle. All equipment is provided.
