Perseverance Fitness Push-Up Challenge
Get ready to strengthen, sweat, and have fun! Our Push-Up Challenge starts Monday, November 24th.
How it works:
• Track your push-ups each day using the tracker.
• Paper copies are available at the studio, or you can screenshot the tracker on your phone. Click “edit” on the photo to add text with how many push-ups you’ve completed each day.
• Send a picture of your completed tracker by:

• Facebook Messenger
Prize: Everyone who submits a tracker will be entered into a draw for $20 cash !
Submission Deadline: Tuesday, December 1st by Midnight
Who can join: All fitness levels welcome — challenge yourself and see how far you can go!
