Mom & Baby Yoga

At Mom and baby yoga you will regain strength, flexibility and stamina as you bond with your baby in a supportive and welcoming environment. Tone and lengthen your muscles, strengthen your posture, relax and rejuvenate, relieve tension in the upper body, and safely rebuild core strength. 

Please bring a blanket for your baby to sit on and a few favourite toys. Special time is made for babies to enjoy their own yoga and bond with mom through touch, song, movement and massage. Babies from 6 weeks to 3 years old welcome.

$37.50 for 3 weeks.
Dates: Monday (December 5th, 12th & 19th)

Power & Deep Stretch Yoga (co-ed)

Integrate warm up, power poses and deep stretching to flow through movements designed to build balance, strength and flexibility. Develop the strength and power to tone your entire body and then enjoy a deep stretch, ending in savasana to allow the body to achieve balance and mental relaxation.

Date: Every Wednesday, December 7th - 28th.

Gentle Flow Yoga (co-ed)

Begining with a gentle warm up sequence to heat up our bodies followed by lengthening poses and deep breathing exercises. Focusing on linking breath to physical practice and connecting deeper to your body movement.

A great place to start if you are new to yoga!

Date: Fridays, December 2nd - 30th.
TIme: 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm.

20/20/20 - Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to challenge your entire body. Sweat through 20 minutes of full body strength training, 20 minutes of core work, ending with 20 minutes yoga & stretching.
