BootyCamp (ladies only)
BootyCamp, ladies only, is a unique and fun four week program designed and taught by Perseverance Fitness' Certified Personal Trainer Katelyn Brown to focus on toning womens most troublesome areas: Arms, Core, and Butt (along with legs!) by using your own bodyweight. Bodyweight exercises are great for women who either want to control or lose weight. When you are doing bodyweight exercises your body's natural inclination is to burn fat and make even exercises such as the plank or pushups easier the next time you train.
Each session will consist of a warmup, various exercises geared for everywomen's beautiful physique, and end with a relaxing stretch. Monthly fitness tests and measurements will keep each student on track towards individual goals.
BootyCamp started In 2011 with Perseverance Fitness. All of the classes have been quite a success. Each group has been selling out well in advanced with a
